Which interface can we use depends on which ATM switch you have. 
Of course, one way to do is using SNMP to control VCs. 
But, when the ATM switch support GSMP proposed by Ipsilon, we can 
control VCs quickly.   
Obviously, with some ATM switch, we could use ATM interface to control 
VCs in the ATM switch.
