QoS and Traffic Descriptors

Hi, all:

   Can someone help me with the following question:

   Are the traffic descriptors for different QoS classes different? My 
impression is that the QoS classes only affect how ATM cells are
packaged, but the traffic parameters used, such as PCR/SCR/CLR/CDV, are 
the same (values may differ greatly though). Is this impression correct?
If it is wrong, what are the traffic descriptors specifcally used for 
each QoS?
