Hi!

I am working on a bandwidth study for end-user applications. I wonder if
anyone has any idea of what the aggregate bandwidth could be per
connection for different type of services ?

Let me ask:

assume a company with X amount of workstations with Y amount of
external link bandwidth

eg. 	X= 20
	Y= 2 Mbit/s

	- what is the bandwidth needed now for Y ?
		- E-mail
		- LAN-IC
		- Internet access

	- What about multimedia applications ?
		- Videoconferencing ?
		- VOD for residential market

I've seen a E-news by Jerome Bernier in comp.dcom.cell-relay:
	- 20 workstations 100-155 Mbit/s interface -> theoretically 2-3
	Gbit/s, practically 100-155 Mbit/s

Could some kind of a formula be applied ?
