Dear Suejung! Yep its MUCH below than normal TV and with compression methods you can even do it with 64kBits/sec (so done at the TU Graz during the mission of the first Austrian Kosmonaut Viehboeck) - so we have here a lot of Indys equipped with cameras and we often make Video conferences using about 64kBits/sec till 128kBits/sec. It's fairly enough. On the other hand, for HDTV (High Definition TV) bandwiths from 1.5MBit/s to 15 MBit/sec are recommended, so ATM would be very useful!
