TES(transform expand sample) prcess?

Hello:

I am a student at KAIST(Korea Advanced Institute of Science and
Technology) at South Korea.

I want to generate traffic according to the source's autocorrelation
function.

I heard the TES(transform expand sample) model is used for this purpose.

Can I get some informations or Software tools for this model ?
