The difference between "Call Reference" and "Connection Identifier" is very
straight forward. The "Call Reference" is used to identify the connection
you are try to set-up, whereas, the "Connection Identifier" is used to pass
information (VPI/VCI) about the ATM connection setup(or resources allocated)
on your behalf.
