ATM distance standard

I need to know what the cabling distance standards are for ATM,
specifically for OC3/155Mbit speed. I want to know for both CAT5, as
well as SM and MM fiber. I am going to be implementing ATM on my server
backbone, and will probably have all three types of connections. I know
I won't have an issue with fiber distance, but do want to know how close
I might come to the CAT5 standard.
Also, if you could please tell me where I might find these standards on
the internet? Thank you.
