I've tried the NIST simulator, but it can't perform dynamic routing. Does
anyone knows another public ATM simulator?

I am studying how neurocomputing techniques can be used to perform ATM
traffic control issues such call admission control (CAC), usage parameters
control (UPC) and routing. If anyone researchs about this topic, please
e-mail me.
