The UTP-5 distance is 100 meters. The specification is
af-phy-0015.000. The 100 meters is divided into 90 meters of cable, 10
meters of flexible cords, and four connectors. A 155.52 Mb/s physical
layer using UTP-3 (100 meters) specification is also available,
af-phy-0047.000. These specifications can be found at the ATM Forum

http://www.atmforum.com/

For the optical carrier, OC-3, ATM UNI 3.1 references ANSI
T1E1.2/94-002R1 for OC-3 SMF and OC-3 MMF physical medium
characteristics.

Hope the information helps.
