Conference ???

Hi, friends,

    I am a research student. I just wrote a paper about Traffic
 characterization of VBR MPEG-2 video over ATM network. I really
 want to send my paper to a conference. Can anyone give me some
 information (WWW address, etc.) about recent or coming conference
 announcement to which I can delivery my paper ?

    This is the first time I try to publish a paper and I don't have
 much confidence. So the conference you suggest needn't be those
 famous conferences such as IEEE GLOBECOM or INFOCOM. Any information
 are very welcome !!!
