Questions on ATM addressing schemes

to all ATM experts,

I'm trying to write a paper on ATM signalling and addressing and I have
some questions.

- What is the difference between the addressing schemes: E.164, NSAP, DCC ICD?
- Where can I find an overview of the PNNI functions?
- What will be added in P-NNI 2.0?

If you can point me to existing papers on signalling/adressing, please do.
