You will of course have to setup one side of this iisp connection
as user and the other side as network.  You can change this
on the LS1010 using the atm iisp side {network|user} command.

The atm nni command is used when auto-configuration is 
turned off and you want to make an interface an nni in a pnni
network.

You will not see pnni neighbors if the gigaswitch only supports
IISP.  

Use the command:

"sho atm iisp prefix" to make sure the prefix is seen out that port.
