ATM Netware 4.xx NDS Problem

Hi, I'm not sure this is the correct group to post this too, but here
goes. We have a T3 WAN connection running voice and data over ATM. The
voice was not a problem, IP and even LAT are not a problem. The problem is
 we have 5 Netware servers connecting across this link. The NDS
replication is not working. Initially it will work, but it fails after
approximately one hour of operation. All the connectivity is being
provided using 3COM equipment. Has anyone heard of or seen this problem.
If this is in the wrong group.. feel free to flame away.. Please enclose a
