Implementation of ATM UNI 3.1 and ATM PNNI 1.0

I heard that simulation tool OPNET implements only ATM UNI 3.0. 
Are there any implementations of ATM UNI 3.1 and ATM PNNI 1.0? 
Where can I get the source codes of the implementations?
