IP Switching is now used as a generic term for IP over ATM solutions (it is
also the name of the Ipsilon solution). Anyways, as far as I know there is
no standardised way of supporting QoS. Many suppliers do say they support
this, but on closer examination they do not support it yet and will not
until late '98.
