RE: Screening Indication ?

Hi Srinath,

The Screening Indicator is used to indicate the result of the verification
of the calling party number in the Setup message by the NETWORK side only.
The values of this field depend on the following:

* Calling Party Number correct Or
Calling Party Number partially filled Value - user-provided, verified
and passed

* Failure in Screeing Verification Or
  Setup doesnt contain the Calling
Party Number Value - "network provided" with
a default number

Please check out section "3.9.2.1.1.2: Actions at the originating local
exchange if a special arrangement does not apply" in ITU-T Q.2951.

Hope this helps.
