Class of service refers to CBR, VBR-rt, VBR-nrt, ABR, UBR. Whereas QoS is the
more detailed requirement within each class, such as PCR, MCR, SCR, MBS, and
so on, some of which will not apply to all classes of service. For example,
UBR gets no min cell rate, whereas ABR does. CBR does not have a different
sustained cell rate and peak cell rate, while VBR does.
