Hi,
I am studying ITU Recommendation I.363.1 and I need some help
understanding SDT method.
Recommendation says
"When the structure size is greater than one octet, the CS procedure
uses a pointer to delineate
the structure boundaries."
If the size is less than one octet, how does CS process?
and Recommendation says
"The P format is used exactly once in every cycle, where a cycle is the
sequence of eight consecutive
SAR-PDUs with sequence count values 0 through 7."
If the structure size is greater than one octet, pointer is used.
In this case the size is comparatively small, ie two octet, three octet,
during remaining cycle user data cannot be transported.
This is not resonable.
Do not I understand correctly?
Request for your resonable comment.
Bye.
