TULIP, TUNIC and B-LLI code points

Hello,

    I am in need of some documentation on TULIP (TCP and UDP over
Lightweight IP) and TUNIC (TCP and UDP over a Nonexistent IP Connection).

    In particular, what I am interested in is how B-LLI layer 2 and layer 3
fields are coded in TULIP and TUNIC.

    If I want to specify a VCC carrying header compressed RTP packets, what
is the standard way to do it? Do I have to make it "User specified"?

    Any help along these lines will be much appreciated.
