Hi,

Traffic Mgmt. in ATM n/ws is a hot research topic. On this, so much reaserch
work is being carried out around the world. In fact, I feel this is one of the
topic on which a lot of info. is present over net.
Besides ATMF- TM specs 4.0, you can visit the following sites. These sites
contain immense information and many useful links.

   http://www.lirmm.fr
   http://www.ee.umanitoba.ca/~blight/telecom.html

If you could get the special editions on Traffic Mgmt. in IEEE Communication
magazines, that would be great.
There is one book : "Performance Issues in ATM n/ws" by Raif O. Onvural also.

Thanks.
