about 8260 IBM SWITCH

Hi Friend,
in 8260 ibm switch, they introduced what is called Broadcast
Manager(BCM)
and Intelligent Bus (IBUS) to reduce the multicast traffic in the
subnet.
Does anyone knows more technical details about their design and
implementation?
