Statistics voice models.

Hi my friends,
I request for help again. Someone know where can I find information
about statistics voice models? I know the Markovian process, but I want
to find a call process. What's the PDF for time between calls?. There is
a work about this, that integrate the call probabilities, the number of
subscribers, etc., and deliver, for example, an PDF of the number of
calls in each instant, or the occupation of a link, etc.? If anyone know
where can I found something like that, (or if can send me a paper), I
will be very grateful.
