LANE Problem

  • From: "Rommel P. Feria" <r.p.feria@ieee.org>

Hello there,

I am trying to find out the possible reasons why a LES terminates an LEC
connection during setup/negotiation from a default ELAN that accepts all
clients? The switch configuration seems to be ok since I already have
one LEC on it. A debug-trace on the LEC code shows that it connects with
the LECS and the LES -- only to have the connection terminated by the
LES. The software running on the switch is the current version,
ForeThought 5.2.0.1.23449.

If it may help, IP over ATM works without any problem.

HELP.
