If I understand your question, what you are looking for is a SONET/SDH Add-Drop Multiplexer (ADM). Correct? The ADM would feed an ATM switch, and the combination of the two would be represented by your box at the bottom of the diagram. I think companies such as Alcatel, Siemens, Northern Telecom should be able to help you.
