ILMI itself has to be configured with the local values from its manager (implementation matter) and these values can only be changed by the manager (and hence are static for the duration of configuration). What ILMI learns from the peer UME is valid only for the session with the peer UME & hence the information is dynamic. (and hence local "static" values should not be overwritten by dynamic values which change depending on who the adjacent UME is). sundarr wrote: > > I have following questions/confusions regarding the above statement: > > 1.
