ATM API

Hi all,

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask such a question about
native ATM but
I couldīnt find any other newsgroup on this topic. (So, if you know
a better place where I should ask, please let me know!)

My problem, better my hope ;) , is to find an approach for an ATM API for
direct access to 
the ATM layer without any use of IP and TCP. 
One year ago I read an article about such an approach; I guess it was
called Ncube (N3). So I know something exists, but where?! In all the web
nowhere couldīnt find any hint for it.

It is possible that somebody boycott such divinations about an IPless ATM
API ?  ;)

Is there somebody who can help me?
