	Hi Nikos,

"Who" creates the Information Element structures in your endsystem?
Is this hand-made by your software? If so try to check the parameter
combination it could be possible that the older IOS version does fewer
tests if the parameter combination is correct.
(But this does NOT explain the fact that you were able to establish
 a connection at all when using one switch with IOS 11.3(x) ???)

I had a similar problem where a CBR connection could be established between
two SUNs if they were connecnted by a Ls1010 (IOS 11.2(5)). But exactly the
same Programm didn't worked when using a FORE LE 155.

The Error in my case was the combination of PCR (CLP0) and PCR (CLP01)
and the tagging flag. (Correct: if tagging flag is set, PCR (CLP0) <= PCR (CLP01))
(may be a '<' instead of '<=' is necessary)
