Hi,
     I need some clarification regarding handling of RESTART message according
to Q.2931.
What is the significance of the Action Indicator (AI) field of the RESTART
Message. Specifically, what is the implication of AI set to CLEAR CALL in a
RESTART message. Any help would be appreciated.
