Indeed, you're right. There's no defined value for Timer_CU.

However, you may define programmable # of clk cycles(2^15 to 2^20) for
TImer_CU. It'd be proprietary though... At least until something is nailed down
in either ITU spec or the ATM Forum spec. I guess ATM Forum will have an
upcoming meeting on AAL2 recom. in May. Perhaps you can find a stardardized
value for Timer_CU.
