ATM Multicasting

Does anyone have any experience doing ATM multicasting using either a
"VC mesh"- multiple point-to-multipoint connections or using a Multicast
server (MCS)?

What is the appropriate traffic class used for ATM multicasting?  (for
video streaming)
Is a MARS (multicast address resolution server) required to use the MCS
approach?
How is a multicast server implemented?
Any other information based on past experiences would be much
appreciated.
