Implicit value for CDVT

Title: Implicit value for CDVT

Hi,
          RFC 2514  specifies some of the traffic descriptor types without CDVT. ATM Forum TM 4.1 specs says the CDVT must be specified either explicitly or implicitly. Can anybody tell me the ways to get CDVT implicitly? Basically I need L (limit) value for running GCRA. Any will be appreciated.
