Duplicate NODE IDs in PNNI

Hi,

Here's an interesting scenario:

In PNNI10 network, if there is more than one node with the same NODE ID,
what will be the implications?
One thing that I have noticed is that SPVC(P) call is not set up.

My question is:
Should the network generate an alarm indicating that there are duplicate
node IDs?
What does the ATMF specs say about this scenario?
