You're correct. I was drawing diagrams in my head and
you're clearly drawing the same diagrams. It's been too long
since I last thought in LISP :-) Sorry about the confusion.

[You could presumably define that ((R1,R100)|(R1,R200)) = (R1,R100|R200)
as a property of the notation - but I got it wrong either way.]

This bug doesn't affect my conclusion that RSVP soft state could
establish itself in the presence of NHRP shortcuts.
