You're absolutely right!  I've got Annex F sitting right here in front
of me, so I'm all set on the picture.

> An NLPID of 0xB0 for FRF.9 compression protocol.

I will add this to the list of the commonly used NLPIDs in Appendix A,
along with a reference to the FRF.9 doc.  I'll also add the PID for
source routed BPDUs to Appendix A as well.
