Pardon my lack of clarity.  What I was trying to communicate is that one
must not assume the SCOPE of NHRP to always be the universe.  I was trying
to remind you that the fundamental design architecture of TV distribution is
that of many smaller distribution nets at the local/regional level rather
than a homogeneous universal domain.

Quite the contrary.  I suggest only that you choice of application example
does not adequately demonstrate the point of your draft on multicasting.

Again, you have make an inappropriate conclusion from my statements.
Nowhere have I said I don't need or want a large scale ATM network.  Indeed,
I have one already and will continue to spend $MM on expanding it.

My intent was, and is, to supply comments on your draft with the hope that
we collectively resolve issues of multi casting, RSVP, NHRP, etc. in a
timely manner.
