i had a comment that i sent quite some time ago regarding the relazation
of the address types the called party number and subaddress fields, but
the text was not changed even when some other folks confirmed that both
fields can contain an nsap address.  

i don't see no reason whatsoever for the spec to say what kind of
addresses can be in those fields.  it should simply leave that
unspecified, since the atm specs tell what can or can't go into them and
the address formats don't affect a bit the operation of this protocol.
