Hi Tim!

   Would the "Null encapsulation" be considered as NON-RFC 1577 compliant ?

   By the way, I have another unanswered question. It is often stated in the ATM 
Forum UNI 3.0 that a particular field of a signalling message should use the 
"preferred binary encoding". I'm sure this must be something trivial but nobody 
could give me an explanation so far and therefore an explanation with an example 
would be more than welcome.
