RFC question

RFC 1577 refers to RFC 1293 to define the behavior of the inverse
arp protocol:

Inverse Address Resolution Protocol (InARP) will allow a Frame Relay
station to discover the protocol address of a station associated with
the virtual circuit. It is more efficiently than simulating a
broadcast with multiple copies of the same message and it is more
flexible than relying on static configuration.

This would seem to suggest that only one IP destination on an LIS is
associated with a connection (although the connection could be to a
router), and at least some implementations make this assumption. If the
intention of RFC 1577 is different, perhaps a clarification is needed.
