Just to elaborate on Mark's email, comments can and should be on
anything that you think needs to be tweaked (or trashed) in order
to make this doc something we can be happy to send to the IESG.

What this means is that I'd like to see typos mentioned and
corrected, people pointing out where I've made grammatical
errors or ambiguous statements, and notes on my mis-use of
reserved words such as 'MUST', 'SHOULD', etc.

Unlike previous revisions, where I've collected a set of
proposed diffs that was not overly specific as to the final
wording, I'd like to collect _explicit_ suggestions of new
wordings or corrections. These must identify exactly the
text being removed, and provide exactly the suggested replacement
text. That way the WG can discuss and converge on an accurate
idea of what will change before sending ipmc-06 to the IESG.

(This also means that I will not be making any of my own "gee,
this change would make it read better" on-the-fly editorial changes,
which I have tended to do for previous versions. The changes posted
and agreed to on the mailing list by the end of the Last Call
will be the only changes made.)

I'll rework my previous email on the braino in section 10 into
an example of such a comment, and consider it the first one
received :-)

cheers,
gja
