I think it would be good to:

  1.  Identify the requirements for IPv6 over ATM
  2.  Differences and issues for NHRP vs Schulter-ND-ATM
  3.  Assmuptions about that market and what is needed

I think we should be able to do this in a bi-partisian manner?
