Dear sir...

Hello.
I wanna simulate to verify my mechanism to perform ST-II over ATM.
But I don't know the value of several parameters of network.

		ATM creates a VC within LIS and between LISs
		ST-II agent processes a control packet 
		ST-II agent processes a data packet
		The Delay to transfer a packet between nodes in same LIS
				and nodes in separate LISs.

I know these values are different based on the environment.
Any environment is OK.

And I'm not sure that these are all..
If there are anything needed, tell me.
I am waiting for your answer...

ps) Do you remember my suggesting mechanism?
	This mechanism use the end-to-end connection capability of ATM
	ST-II can't create direct connection between members which are
	not members of same LIS.
	The new mechanism CAN create direct connection between these nodes
	using the end-to-end connection capability of ATM.
	So I need the values of ATM creates a VC between LISs and
	of The Delay to transfer a packet between nodes in separate LISs
