Subject: VPN Management

I am hoping someone out there has run into the same scenario for VPN
Management:

We are trying to manage our MPLS VPN network via HPOV and CiscoWorks and
allow route summarization to a Management VPN.

For each LER (with several VPNs having PE to CE connectivity) we are using a
fixed IP subnet range for PE-to-CE WAN as well as CE loopbacks.

Every MPLS VRF (by RT) must be sent to a Management VPN where the above
management servers live in order for HPOV or CWrks to manage.

Example: 10.0.0.0/21 (8 class Cs) used for LER#1. It doesn't matter which
VPN a customer belongs, WAN and Loopbacks will be taken from this range.
How do I summarize the above 10 range in each VRF on this one LER and still
allow the Management VPN having a consisted view of how to return a packet
to the appropriate VRF?
