Hi everybody,

I have some doubt about Transport Connection Establisment describe in
"draft-ietf-mpls-ldp-11.txt"
which is as follows:-

LSR1 determines whether it will play the active or passive role in session
establishment by comparing addresses A1 and A2 as unsigned integers.  If A1
> A2, LSR1 plays the active role;


What is the need and advantage of finding active/passive LSR comparing two
addresses. Who ever is sending First Hello Message can be Active LSR.
