MPBGP with RR Question

Hi,

My question is regarding usage of RR for MPLS VPN routing propogation/distribution. Enviromnet is completely Cisco. (simulating on 36xx routers)

Since I have more PE routers in each area, I would like to use RR functionality so that I need not have a mesh of PE-PE peerings across areas and the whole network. This will avoid a long list of configuration commands.

I tried configurign RR on P routers and established RR clients with all PEs. All P routers will have a mesh connectivity and similar setup will be there in other areas too (P being RR and PE being RR Clinet).

Now the problem I face is, that after BGP session establishes, I don't see any VRF routes crossing P-P and being available on PE of other area. I configured vpnv4 address faimily on PE routers and P routers as well.

Can somebody please point me to right configuration pages, or useful hints..or what ever that can help me in achieving this?...

Thanks in Advance,

Regards,
KK
