Policy based service provisioning of BGP/MPLS VPNs

Hi,
 
I am not sure whether this is the right forum to ask this question. But, if anybody give me some pointers, that would be of great help to me.
 
Is there any work on or any  drafts or RFCs available on policy based ( COPS ) control of service provisioning for BGP/MPLS VPNs.
 
If anybody is aware of please let me know.
