Martin,

No in IOS there is no admin distance like prioritization for RSVP-TE or
LDP. If there is LDP-LSP that is used over IGP, and if there is RSVP-TE
LSP (with autoroute or FA's on) that one superceeds LDP-LSP.

If you need this per FEC bases for RSVP-TE just disable autoroute/FAs
and simply map FECs statically to the RSVP-TE LSPs. 

If you need this per FEC bases for LDP-LSPs filter the LDP
advertisements.

The definition of admin distance is not per FEC is per protocol so I
don't know - even if that would be supported - how would you use it to
select the outgoing path per FEC basis.
