Well that was the main idea of CSC. Except you are asking for more then
bgp to do the job - right ? I am sure you know that you can run your igp
between CEs in a p2p mode - but the full mesh of tunnels between CEs
would be required which in turn does not scale for the end customer.

discuss it further.
