It is fascinating to see that carriers are finally seeing the light. One can obviously say that "bandwidth" was never free, one could have concluded this long time ago. I never understood this idea of bandwidth being free, especially considering the fact that FCC started to auction even the air waves for hefty fees. It seems, for while the carrier business community forgot the Economics 101 with all the hype. It is always encouraging to see fundamentals always prove itself in time.
