Yes, it's even a bit worse than that from my perspective, most of the 
engineering folks got used to referring to this application of using VRFs 
to separate multiple routing tables within the one router as VRF-Lite, just 
to give the functionality a name, but the marketing folks now call it 
Multi-VRF CE externally.
