about rsvp-te supporting multicast

Hi, all

I have some questions about  RSVP-TE supporting multicast.
draft-cheng-mpls-rsvp-multicast-er-00.txt
draft-chung-mpls-rsvp-multicasting-00.txt
In the above doc, how the multicast tree is constructed? using extended 
objects only or working together with traditional multicast routing 
protocols, DVMRP, PIM. It's not clear in the doc.  Can anybody give me 
some info?
